Refunds and Returns

Digital Art Prints Return Policy:

All Digital Art Print Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of these products, all sales of digital art prints are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the purchase has been made.

Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your digital art print file is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist in providing you with a new print at no extra cost.  To request a replacement for damaged goods, please email us with your order details and a description of the issue. You will be required to provide supporting information, such as a photo of the damaged item, to help resolve the problem quickly.

 

Wearable Art Return Policy:

All Wearable Art sales are final.  However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we do offer a one-time exchange (for the same item) if the request is made within five days of receiving your order.  We want you to love the way your item fits.  To qualify please:

1. Email us at wearjoy@heartfullofcolor.com within five days of receiving the item to request the one-time exchange

2. Return the item unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

3. You must cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once your request has been received and approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you at no cost.  We appreciate your support and look forward to helping you find your perfect fit!

In the event an item is misprinted, damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days after the product has been received.  We ask for photo documentation, and if the garment meet the criteria, we will send you a replacement.  You do not need to return the damaged or defective product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.  You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
